Commission Process

  1. Read the terms of service below and make sure you accept them beforehand.

  2. Send me a message on Instagram, Twitter, Discord or email me and I will contact you about the details of your commission, including character references.

  3. I will decide on a cost after figuring out the complexity of the artwork. Payment must be made upfront within 48 hours of agreement.

  4. Once I receive the full payment upfront, I will begin the work. The commission will take 1-4 weeks (unless an issue comes up, which I will let you know about) and I will send progress pictures at the sketch, lineart and shaded stages to see if any changes need to be made.

  5. Once I have finished the artwork I will send the full resolution file to you via email.

  6. The payment is not refundable on your terms. Minor changes can be made within 48 hours of completion.

Terms of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
Artist’s Rights
1. I have the right to decline your commission request.
2. Be respectful and understand that there are limits to what I can draw and the time that I complete the piece.
3. The payment must be made within 48 hours of agreement, and is not refundable on your terms. Do not request a Paypal chargeback. If I decide to give you a refund, I will transfer the money back to you myself.
4. Do not steal/trace/edit any of my progress pictures or the final product.
5. Do not claim my artwork as your own. If you post it, do not crop out my signature/logo.
6. Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless you have discussed and paid fees for commercial use.
7. Do not reproduce or sell the artwork.
8. I, as the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork. Therefore, I will be allowed to use the artwork for personal and commercial purposes without the commissioner’s consent.
Commissioner’s Rights and Limits
1. You will be able to use the artwork for personal use, but not commercial purposes unless you have paid the fee.
2. You may not make profits from the commissioned piece. If you plan to sell it as part of an adoptable, this can be discussed but do not sell it without my consent.
3. You will be allowed to print the art and post it with credit to me.
4. You may claim the characters as your own if they are your original characters, but not my art.
5. You will be able to gift the artwork to someone else, in which case the conditions are the same for them as it is for you.
If Conditions are Violated
If you violate any of these conditions, I will not continue the commission and all the rights you have for the artwork will be retracted. Note that no refund will be available at this point.

About Me

Introduction

  • I'm known as Diamond!

  • My art is inspired by many artists who paint in an anime style!

  • Of course, I like watching anime - my favourites are Your Lie in April and Hunter x Hunter. Fun fact: the only anime I've cried in is Golden Time 0w0

  • I enjoy other hobbies such as bullet journalling, playing games, writing and video editing too >_<

Frequenty Asked Questions

Do you take requests?
Sorry, I don't take requests. There might be a few occasions where I open small doodle requests, or requests for mutuals. Otherwise, I prefer to draw out of my own will as the quality of my art is better that way.

What program/device do you use?
I'm currently using Procreate on an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil! I hope to get a tablet and Clip Studio Paint one day.

Do you do commissions?
Yes, I'm happy to take commissions, but make sure to check the status in my bio or at the top of the site to see if they are open before you go to my Commission Information page!

How long have you been drawing for?
I've been drawing since I was very young. I started posting my art in September 2019.
